Guelph Bug Day â€“ August 26
Come get up close and personal with our live specimens, take one (or two, or three!) guided bug-catching hikes in the expansive and beautiful grounds at the University of Guelph Arboretum, try tasty insect cuisine, put your imagination to the test with insect drawing contests, and explore the variety of buggy vendors that Guelph has to offer
Aviation Day at the Waterloo Region Airport â€“ August 25
Explore the airport on foot at this free family event. Learn how the aviation industry works, get up close to airport equipment, vintage aircraft and classic cars. Talk to the people behind the scenes and learn about career opportunities at your local airport.
